Max occupancy is 10 guests, including visitors. No unauthorized parties or events—violations may lead to removal and city fines. The pool and spa are professionally maintained and controlled remotely. Please follow the posted guidelines. The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per day. Security cameras are facing the driveway and pool equipment. No indoor or private-area cameras. Trash day is Thursday—please place bins out the night before and return them after pickup. No garage access. The property is a licensed short-term rental, fully registered with the City of Indio.

We had such a great stay in Indio; honestly, the amenities were the highlight for us. The pool and hot tub were amazing, especially with the ability to control the jets and temperature right from the iPad in the kitchen. It made everything feel easy and elevated. We spent most of our time in the outdoor lounge area. It was the perfect setup to relax, unwind, and enjoy the weather. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and all of the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and thoughtfully put together. Overall, it was such an easy, comfortable stay.
